Thomas R. Jolly is a retired Washington lawyer, lobbyist, and storyteller whose remarkable journey spans more than five decades in the nation’s capital.

Born into a working-class family in Albany, New York, and raised in Michigan, Tom learned the value of hard work, perseverance, and responsibility from an early age.
